What is Thai massage?
Thai massage (nuad thai, also called nuad boran) is a traditional massage from Thailand. In 2019 UNESCO added it to its list of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. The therapist works along the body's energy lines (sen) with palms and thumbs, and moves you through gentle, assisted stretches.
It feels active and energising rather than sleepy: firm, rhythmic pressure combined with stretching of the legs, back, arms and shoulders. It is done fully clothed and without oil.
Thai massage or Thai foot massage?
Choose a full-body Thai massage if your back, shoulders or whole body feel stiff. Choose our Thai foot massage if your feet and legs are tired after a day of walking — it focuses on the soles, ankles and calves and is our signature treatment. Want both? Our foot, neck, head & shoulder massage combines the feet with the upper body.
