What is reflexology?
Reflexology is a pressure-point technique for the feet. In the traditional view, each area of the sole corresponds to another part of the body. The therapist works through these zones one by one with slow, steady thumb pressure.
Many guests find reflexology deeply calming. It is a complementary relaxation treatment and does not replace medical advice or treatment.
Reflexology or Thai foot massage?
Choose reflexology if you want slow, precise pressure on the soles and a meditative feeling. Choose Thai foot massage if your legs feel heavy and you want the calves and ankles worked too, with more rhythm and stretching.
What to expect
- Fully clothed in a reclining chair; just shoes and socks off.
- Warm towels to start, then systematic work across both feet.
- Some points can feel tender; tell your therapist and they'll adjust.
- Drink some water afterwards and take a few quiet minutes before you head out.
